Overview
Thank you for supporting Jewish Legacies. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are fulfilled and delivered.

Preorders and Fulfillment Timing
Jewish Legacies Series 1 is currently in production. Orders placed prior to release are considered preorders.

Preorder items are expected to ship beginning in June 2026. Please note that all release and shipping timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedules, supply chain factors, or other unforeseen delays.

Orders will not ship until production is complete.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time
Once products are ready to ship, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery
Orders are shipped with tracking included. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping carrier and destination but generally range between 3–7 business days after shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified. Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly indicated on the website.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Jewish Legacies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays and Issues
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including production delays, carrier issues, or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly through our Contact page. We will review the issue and work with you to reach a resolution.
